Rintu Basu

Head of Design, Development and Training

Internationally recognised as a world class trainer Rintu has been training and coaching people in NLP and Hypnosis for over ten years and across three continents.  He blends advanced mind technologies with more traditional psychological concepts to create powerful tools for emotional management, hypnotic learning and covert influencing.

Qualified as a Master Practitioner, Trainer of NLP, and a Hypnosis Instructor, Rintu has previously worked as a project engineer, police officer and in several corporate roles.  The experience he has gained allows him to work across a wide range of issues from confidence problems to working at a strategic level.

Dave Ross

Head of Internet Solutions and Marketing

Over five years Dave Ross has studied and developed internet marketing solutions. He is acknowledged as a leader in Search Engine Optimisation and has developed high yield income streams through affiliate marketing. He is regularly sought after as internet marketing consultant. 

Dave completed his NLP Practitioner course three years ago. Since then he has developed influencing and hypnotic principles for web design as well as creating new technology for automating SEO strategies.

As well as developing the overall AMS Marketing Strategy Dave’s current projects include creating training and e-book courses for internet marketing blending NLP and Hypnotic principles into web based marketing solutions.
